2. Scope of personal data collected

If you choose to contact us, we will process your personal information about you in order to create a request, process an order or offer. We will process the personal data provided by you via any of our forms or from the email you send. We will also process all the data you provide to us in the text of your message, as well as electronic data such as IP address, browser type, domain name and cookies.

The provision of your personal data is always completely voluntary in all cases.

 

3.Purpose, legal basis and processing time

All personal data provided by you to VIVA-manipulační technika s.r.o will be processed in order to process your request, order or sent inquiry. Furthermore, so that we can contact you directly. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is our legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a). g) GDPR, ie the interest in communicating with you regarding the matter in which you have approached us.
