The operation of VZV also has its rules, so it is necessary to know that if we own any engine handling equipment, we should also focus on its technical condition. It is the responsibility of every truck owner to carry out regular technical inspections.
The implementation of TK is stipulated by law according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 3691-1 at intervals of at least once a year. Part of the TC for gas-powered forklifts is also the revision of LPG, which must also be repeated at least once a year.
How is the technical inspection of VZV?
- It is first necessary to obtain a qualified service technician with a valid inspection certificate
- The technician checks the condition of the truck and draws up a report listing the faults found
- if the condition of the VZV allows it, the technician will affix a new mark on the spot with an indication of validity
- the technician or company will send the official report to your address or hand it over at the place of execution
- TK of the forklift truck is most often performed at the place of use, however, it is possible to perform TK in the service area after prior agreement with the customer
How to proceed in case of defects?
If a defect is listed in the issued report, first find out in which category it is located, then select another suitable procedure according to its category.
